The staff is racist, they refused me to serve food at 11PM from drive thru just because i was on bicycle and i was not having... car. That's not the way. If someone is hungry and wanting food late night and he do not have car then he shouldn't go to thisMcDonald's. I was so disappointed Read more

Most of the staff members are very unpleasant and act like they?re burdened just to have customers. There are some nice workers... however. Read more

The food is not great there I have to say of all the McDonald's I've tried in Lubbock this one on 82nd near Milwaukee has some... of there worst customer service! The food there's rarely hot if you order a large fry it's more like a small dumped into thelarge container, because the fry container is never full like it should be. Plus they mix the fries that are sitting in the traywith the fries that came up fresh and hot from the fryer. Then they sit the fries in the container under the warmer so they getsoggy. Burgers are barely warm and it's like they just slap them together, the crispy chicken is like sponge it's hollow fromsitting and so are the nuggets. The Hispanic male manager with salt and pepper hair with his bang cut straight across laying onhis forehead is very rude and he never smiles for being a manager. Read more

I have never made a review that shows how upset I am. I?m not an avid McDonald?s customer but I was so excited for the Adult... Happy meal, it was our so we ordered a kids meal. Went to pay for it and was not given our meal or flavor of slushy. I was veryupset because we were looking forward to this. Read more

**Uber eats and Door dash delivery?- if you order via delivery apps don?t blame your driver. Blame McDonald?s. Wait time vary... 30-50 mins. When we accept McDonald orders, we basically become your glorified line wait/place holders for an hr. On thisparticular day, god knows how long the wait would have been. Cars were all over the place lost and confused here. On top ofthat they always intentionally leave things out of customer?s orders (especially ice cream/shakes) bc they are just over havingto tell delivery drivers to relay that to customers to hold up lines even more. (That and they just don't want to deal with moreirate customers) They don?t start making food until the driver is at speaker which is understandable bc otherwise Customerswould always cold to the touch food. The drive thru traffic overflows into the streets. Your drivers aren?t the enemy.McDonald?s greed, incompetence and low wages are to blame for your long wait and cold deliveries. Many delivery drivers avoidmcdonalds all together because the wait and compensation is not worth it for us so that is why on top of orders taking foreverto get to you, more and more drivers are declining your low tip orders because we literally could go anywhere else and makemore. We are independent contractors and decide if we want to take the uber eat/door dash offer (your top plus compensation.) Ifthese mcdonalds would all fix their a horrible service, customers in line and at home would be better served. Why doesMcDonald's drive thru floppage only exist most prevalent in lubbock and Amarillo? Read more

My shake was super melty and the fries were dead and should have been thrown away, but the service was friendly enough and... reasonably fast considering it was 1:00am and there was a line around the building. They also didn't give me my sweet tea, buthave me an unsweet tea instead; I can live with that though. Read more
