The women working at this McDonalds are ridiculous. You can see the date and time of the visit. They literally argued about 4... packets of honey. We asked for 4 extra packets of honey that are on the receipt. The young skinny girl with braids was extremelyrude and yelled at my wife through the window. The heavier set woman was yelling from the kitchen saying she put condiments inthe bag and we need to get over it. The owners need to observe this crew for behaviors and attitude. I know McDonald's is notknow for customer service, but at least find people that have common sense and not willing to lose their jobs and be posted onsocial media for 4 packets of honey. Went through drive through was first charged not correctly. Got to the window to pay cousins even get a “hi”. Went to window... to grab food and the girl was even more rude, just handed food and didn’t even say one word. Definitely need to work on howthey treat costumers. Read more
Best location in Lubbock. If you go there in the morning time to four, best customer service. Whoever is a manager up there,... needs two more just like it at night time. Good crew Read more
People were very nice, manager super nice. However the food took a very long time. He was very apologetic and gave us free drink... and extra large juice. My egg mcmuffin was excellent. So is a 3 because it took so long and we were on the road trying to get toour destination asap. Read more
Ordered at drive thru and was told to pull around which I was fine with because it was a large order. Then I was promptly... forgotten about and sat there for 20 minutes. Nobody came outside to look for me. Went inside and they said “we thought youleft”. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they offered to remake the order. Read more
