Just stopped by to get a coffee after work. The lady first of all isn't listening to what's being ordered then when we pulled... around she gave me a small and no straw while charging me for a large. If you can't get the order right at a fast food resturantmaybe you shouldn't be working at all and drawing a check for being impotent. Will not be going back to this mcdonalds ever. Read more
You know that saying you never goes behind the counter that's true. I have reported many times to owner and manager and they... don't take action. Employee eating food while make customers orders. Serving out of date product so they won't loose on foodcost. They have employee to do survey so they won't look bad when customers complain on them. If you eat at this location goodluck hope you won't get sick. Cause they are awful , worst place I ever worked at . That's why I quit didn't wanted be part ofImanipulation place. Read more
Read a article the other day, about this being the #1 McDonald's. I have to argue that point. I ordered 2 Filet-O-Fish... sandwiches. They asked me to pull up because they have to make these "Fresh". Sounded good to me. It didn't take too long, andmy Sandwiches arrived. For 2 freshly fried filets, they couldn't even melt the cheese. I've only been here twice I think I'm way more comfortable here than at the one at 19th Street. My latest visit was a very... pleasant one. I was able to relax and use the Wi-Fi to play my Nintendo Switch games in peace while enjoying my food. Furthermore, an employee named Austin, who also answers to 'Lucky,' was very kind, brought me my food in a timely manner, andeven offered a complimentary drink which was very thoughtful. Another employee named Sage was very friendly in checking on meas well. We even enjoyed a nice conversation about the YouTube video I was watching, while I was there. I?d like to take a second and commend Steven for exceptional service, but most importantly a positive, enthusiastic and winning... attitude. If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I've went to this location the service is horrible and they forget half of... your order...but today took the cake. I ordered 3 nuggets and 3 fries. The very young girl at the window hands me 1 bag andtells me that's my order...no fries in the bag. I let her know I should have 3 orders of fries and she LITERALLY glares as me. No I'm sorry..no hold on let me check on that...just glares at me and closed the window. Opens the window with my fries and NOTA WORD...seriously...whoever owns this location needs to get it together. Read more
They gave us old fries and old chicken the chicken sandwich was so old it didn't even have any chicken inside, it was hollow.... The manager Raul was not friendly he was rude he walked away vehen trying to explain to him the problem! He acted like he couldcare less then whe I asked his name he gave me a dirty look. This location decides to closes whenever it?s convenient to them without notice to the customers while they work inside (while... closed). We just sit outside at the drive-in without any words or notice of them being closed during their normal open hours.We sat at the drive-thru window for near 5 full minutes as well with no response or acknowledgment we were there. When Iapproached the window after this, I was ignored by 2 employees before someone finally decided to give a little PSA to theircustomers outside that ?Hey we are actually closed, sorry? with a smile on his face.
