I wish there?s bellow 1 star. The worst panda I ever received. The food is so cold and smelly plus what I ordered and and what... they sent me a wrong order. They charged me extra and they say they don?t have the food. And the food they sent to me is not agood food. Just so you know if you eat this location you?ll definitely get sick! ???????? Read more

One of the worst visits that I have had here. Yes it was just after 5 and they were somewhat busy, but the service was very... slow and they were out of about 1/3 of the food items. They know they are busy after 5 but that didn't seem important. Alsoall of the managers were outside doing something so there was no control. The location was dirty from sticky floors to dirtybathroom to soiled and dirty beverage area. It's doubtful that I'll come back to this location again. Read more

usually this is the only location we go to because of how fast they are but tonight they made everyone wait forever before... taking orders and they messed up my order. once i got home and opened my food and saw it was incorrect i found a dark black hairin my food. never again. they took forever as if they had to kill the chicken to cook it. The staff was very busy getting the food orders prepared. The restaurant was full. All of The tables were in severe need of... sanitizing. The entire time I was there I didn't see a single staff member walk out into the eating area and clean a singletable take out the trash the cans were already over flowing. They did keep the food like moving a bit better than some of thePanada restaurants I've been to. But that is like comparing a snail to a tortoise, neither one are known for being fast. Read more

Update 10/08/22 The gentleman taking orders through the drive thru starts off by telling us. Just to let you know we are out of... several items on the menu since it's almost closing time. Its 9:02 PM, so My wife and I asked, what time do yall close. He saidat 10pm, but my manager said I don't have have to have all items on the menu. I responded, but it's only 9pm, he then backtracked and said we'll my manager said I only had to cook made to order so there's going to be a wait for the items notcurrently available. (Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken) all the main items on their menu. They had alreadyput up the chairs and locked the doors at 9pm. Took a pic of the door hours and the clock on my car to verify. Even took a picof a customer walking up to the locked door and reading the lobby hours and trying to get someone's attention. Very upsettingthat this location is run the way it is. Time for an entirely new staff or new leadership team. Always out of string chickenand second time this week their fountain machine is down! The rice I got was still hard like it hadn't even been cooked, all the food selections were almost empty so I got the beef and... broccoli and it tasted gross, then I had wontons and they were like they had been sitting there along time. So we eat here a lot, but I do ask if I'm willing to wait the 15 mins for more honey sesame chicken than I would like to have it... in the container. Luckily I ordered double honey sesame so I was able to share with my husband, but I don't live in lubbock anddon't appreciate the wait just to find we didn't have any. I'll have to double check from now on. Read more
