I absolutely love this location. Anytime you've come into that store they treat you like family. They greet you they ask you... what you want. And they get you out the door in no time flat I love going to that store to get a pizza. That's the best one allthe stores in Lubbock. Everytime I order the mini Murphs I get 5 the normally make us some if they don't have all of them! But lately they have been... getting attitudes and telling us they can't make them! Staff should not do that Read more

They won't customize anything on the menu and if I'm paying those prices PLUS i have to cook it then I'll pass, I'll go to Papa... John's. Murphy's pizzas do taste good so 2 stars. Read more

Excellent pizza, always quick and nice employees. My wife recently got a pizza on a day when they had a massive discount.... Apparently their corporate office had not notified them that they were having this discount and were caught unawares and werevery short on dough all day, but they managed to take care of us anyways. I am very pleased, and they will continue to have meand my wife's service. Read more

Their pizza is great, especially the chicken, bacon, artichoke. However, the past two times I've gotten a salad with my pizza,... the salad has been inedible. First time: molded. This time, brown and slimy. Date showed that it was fixed today. ?? At leastthey provide great customer service and promised a free pizza as an apology. Again, excellent pizza.
