Just got a big dinner box and the bread sticks were completely frozen, never even touched the oven
Called 3 times got their auto recording all 3 times. After 10 minutes it hangs up. Only place that will deliver to my location.... Y'all are lazy and will never order from you again. I'll pick up from another from now on. Read more

This will be the last time I go to this store. I ordered a couple simple medium pizzas to pick up on the way home. Picked them... up got home none of them close to what I paid for wrong pizza, wrong cheese, wrong toppings. I tipped the workers. I will notbe returning. Update: I am updating after the manager called about a week later and refunded the entire cost. So I willadjust the rating accordingly. However, the original encounter has soured me. Read more
We order from Pizza Hut a little more often than I should admit. And typically we are very pleased with the food and speed of... delivery. However, yesterday was a VERY different story. I get the text updates and received a text at 6:48 that my pizza wasout for delivery. At 7:25pm, our food arrive (mind you, I live about 1.5 mile from the pizza hut). Our driver said he had anissue across town to fix and that is why he is late. Thankfully pizza was still warm, not hot, but warm. We opened the twoorders of wings that we ordered, the were bite size nuggets. Very disappointing from the nice size wings that we typically get. And of course, they were not warm. Went to this location for a pick up order on Saturday 21,2021 in the evening. The pizza was dry, had holes in the pie, and cut... extremely unevenly. Would have returned but took it with us to the drive in, and ended up buying food there. Read more
