Make sure your reps are respectful to customers and honor the orders placed. Management was rude and placed two orders; informed... her that I would wait on the 1st order and have both sent out at once. The second order did not get delivered and all she saidwas that order could be cancelled. The service was very unprofessional. Read more
Ordered food and drinks when finally delivered almost one and 45 minutes later wings were cold and mozzarella sticks still cold... on inside. I called store to complain they said they would remake and bring it back out to house but would take an hour toredeliver. After waiting for an hr and 15 minutes and food still not here i called to find out on it it was still at the storeso i told them i would pick it up at store. Arrived at store and sat at drive up window for almost 10 minutes before anybodycame to the window. It was extremely poor service all the way around and i was not very impressed. Read more
This place is the ONE to go to if you love meaty toppings because they put on a very good amount per pizza! It's almost too... much. But if you love lots of cheese and sauce, you have to ask for extra. Normally I want extra cheese, but they put on justenough to please me normally. Their place is quite clean from what I could see from their big drive thru window; I chose pickupthough they offer contactless curbside service, too. They were friendly and have gotten my order right every time I get pizzathere. They don't offer the brownie dessert so if you want sweets you'll need to make due with the big chocolate chip cookie. Iordered online and drove off to pickup not getting the message that there was some kind of problem with my order, as I don'tuse my phone while driving. Once I arrived my order had been filled anyway. I had opted to pay on pickup, so that might havebeen the problem; I simply don't like giving visa numbers on phone if I can avoid it. Place sucks! Customer service is BAD Elizabeth the manager tells me she?s ?high on coke? what a professional manager !! Waited... at the window for over 10mins just for her to take my card and hold it inside without giving it back or without giving me thepizza !!! This Pizza Hut was BAD!!!! No sauce on pizza. Food was burned and not cut in portions. Food was cold and raw! Very... dissatisfied.I will not spend my money at this place again. Read more
