The employees are rude and everytime I order fries there they are not fresh last time they actually forgot my fries with my... meal. The service at lunchtime is slow. The chicken is normally fresh I just get tenders. They don't give or offer condimentsunless the customer asks for it. Read more

I pulled up to the drive thru and the 1st thing she says is we have a 20-25 minute wait on all chicken. I said that's okay. She... said again, if you're okay with a 20-25 minute wait, you can start your order. I said I had a coupon for a family meal. She saidAGAIN, there is a 20-25 minute wait. I said I kno, you literally have told me 2 times already. I finally just took off bc theyobviously didn't want me to order food from them. Popeyes has just gone down hill over these years. Read more
Horrible quality control. Both 5-piece combos the chicken was over cooked to the point of being jerky and only slightly larger... than chicken nuggets. They did not include the right count. fries were stale, and portions were kid meal sized. At leastthey had the right sauces in the bag this time? Read more
Normally this place does pretty good. I?m not sure what happen today. Me and my husband went there today. We had to repeat are... order, several times, she still repeated back the wrong order. We then decided to go inside. When we enter the building theyoung lady on the speaker was in the back talking to another young lady. We had to wait on her to come to front counter. We thenrepeated are order. Just to get mayo on are chicken sandwiches. Which we repeated back serval times that we wanted aresandwiches plain. Then As she was re-Making them she grabbed are buns with no gloves. I then tried to get the young ladyattention. She ignored me as if she didn?t here me. The guy from the back then came and asked us what was wrong , we explainedthat she does have on any gloves. He then remade are order. I have always loved Popeyes. This place is horrible. I order 2 of the 5 pieces for $6.99 and a large red beans and rice. Got to the window and my side wasn't... in the bag, so asked the girl for my side and she was rude. But when I drove home my order was completely wrong. I guess theperson who made the order couldn't count because one of the two boxes only had two pieces of chicken instead of five like it wassupposed. Tired to called the store but no one picked up the phone, so I tired to call the manager's number and no answer. Read more
Very rude staff. Inconsiderate people work here I very displeased. The staff was rude when I asked for a frozen Strawberry... lemonade in the 1st place they gave me a regular. I asked em if I ordered the Strawberry of not it's fine. The cashier/windowperson said "oh" slammed the door, came back with a splash of Strawberry on top and told a fellow team member "nah I only gaveher a bit," then laughed while handing me the drink.
