I love potbelly?s food but the customer service at this location is horrible. I usually order online but decided to go to the... store to use my gift certificate from dining for charities. When I was ordering I didn?t realize that there were options forskinny sandwiches and thin bread and when I was asking a question about these options the employee was extremely rude. I thenpulled around and paid for my food using the gift certificate when I received my receipt I realized the employee didn?t applythe full amount of the gift certificate I had. I was being perfectly pleasant when I was explaining this to him and he justresponded with ?It is was it is? and proceeded to slam the window in my face. I pulled around to the front and for the managersname and he refused to give it me. Completely ruined potbelly?s for me and my family. I will not be going back and I definitelydon?t recommend going to this location. Read more
Great food. We order once a week from here but it?s hot or miss some days with them always forgetting something. Some days it?s... perfect and they remember to bring everything, other days they forget some of the order like cookies, soup, extra cheese,napkins, spoons, etc. This is annoying but the food really is great so I?m giving 4 stars. My oh my I had the best experience and sandwich. I haven't been very much so I didn't know about the different sandwiches and... the workers helped me decide. Which was fantastic. I had the wreck I think it was called. It had different kinda of meat withSwiss cheese and I added everything to it including the roasted red peppers and red wine vinaigrette. Their food has been great in the past but I recommend updating your hours. It says y?all open at 8:30 and so I show up at 10:50... to order lunch. I wait 5 min or so and decided to call. I asked if the drive through was open and she said that they were shortstaffed but they will open in few min. I understand being short staffed but her tone was not nice so I decided to go somewhereelse. Read more
I ordered a Mediterranean plus mushroom and avocado (and mustard but that apparently didn?t make it on the receipt.) As you can... see I paid over $8 for?bread with mushrooms and hummus. So not only did I not get the avocado I paid extra for. I also didn?treceive what usually comes on the sandwich. It?s infuriating because clearly the order was entered almost correctly, but whoevermade the sandwich thought they?d just pick their favorite two items. Also somewhat related, tried to order online and it wouldnot accept any type of payment we tried, so we had to place this order over the phone. Read more
Sandwich? Good menu of signature and classic sandwiches. I had the club Reg size and chips. Good price and yes go for a dream... bar! I want to try the ice cream sandwich! Good service, meats and bread, then toppings don?t get it twisted! Read more
Great sandwiches! Soups are okay. If you call your order in and need to use the Drive-Thru, you have to go all the way around... the building to get there. Read more
