honestly i wish i took photos because it only got worse, but i kept giving the benefit of the doubt. + i was exhausted after a... long day and starving. firstly, the drink was spilled on me as being handed through the drive thru. the woman rushed me off soquick i didn?t have the chance to ask for extra napkins for the spill. then upon arriving home, i discovered the food wasspilled all inside the plastic bag. the second time an error in sealing. at this point i knew it was not a user error on my endon two occasions. after scraping up the chicken tenders, fries, and toast from the 4 piece box combo i ordered, i realize the noslaw extra fries was simply no slaw no extra fries. left feeling very very disappointed, especially from a place typically soreliable. Strips got smaller but more expensive. Make it make sense. 5 strips and 2 sauces (no meal) was over $10. Just for the strips to... be glorified nuggets. 2 stars because they were hot and fresh. And because the lady gave me someone else?s drink. Read more
This is the best raising cane's I've been too. The chicken is the right amount of crispy and still moist.

Crispy and juicy chicken! The Cain sauce is a great complement to the chicken. Their bread is great! The fries are nothing... really special. The coleslaw is pretty good! The tea was good, I would stop by just for a glass any time! Read more

The staff was so nice! Even though they were obviously overwhelmed, they treated everyone well and did their best to keep things... clean and organized. Although they could do better paying attention to specified food allergies (not everyone wants the bread),they did really well. Read more
Ordered a box combo before work, got home to see this. This is unacceptable, a box is 4 not 3, not mention I have no toast, and... to add insult to injury they chucked my sauce spilling it on my box and gave me a broken box. If you're people don't want to dotheir job then yall should accommodate for that. I expect a refund for this garbage. Read more
