This was one of my favorite burger places up until tonight. I ordered a curbside order just as I have done many times before. ... But I get home and I see that our burgers were made with pressed beef in the shape of a perfect circle. No real flavor either.My husband wanted to eat a burger from dairy queen but im like no I really would like Red Robin now I kinda wished we had gonewith Dairy Queen. I didn't even eat much of my burger and the fries tasted like old grease from a fryer. I'm pretty sure I wontbe going back. There was a deal they were running for a $10 meal with a drink, we specifically said we wanted that deal, everything seemed fine... until the bills came. A few of us had ordered freckled lemonaids, which unbeknownst to us was not part of the deal, which thewaitress never told us even though we said we wanted the deal. The waitress became very rude even though none of us got upset,we were just trying to figure out what happened and if there was a way to rectify it. At no point did she offer any way torectify the situation. My sister did make a complaint to corporate and was given a gift card, but it really soured our otherwisefun night. Read more

Not my usual place to eat, because American food isn't my place to eat, but my boss took me there for birthday. This was... actually my first time eating here. The server was was upbeat and friendly.
