Just for the Milwaukee store. On 9-7-22, when we drove up, the person working the drive thru speaker sounded annoyed. When we... ordered our fajita tacos (the same way for 5 years) she got really snotty and hateful, "We don't have fajita tacos, justburritos." , I wanted to smack her. A burrito has folded ends, and is rolled to be sealed. What they serve are tacos. The onlyreason the tops is rolled is so that it will fit in the foul packet. They are not sealed, LIKE A BURRITO. Will never go to thatstore again. The young lady st the window however was so kind and cheerful, it's sad that she has to work with such a hatefulperson. Read more

Food is delicious but there was not enough meat in the fajita family meal. There was enough meat for three burritos and that was... only putting like three pieces of meat in each!! Highly upset we spent $50 and it wasn't even enough to feed my family of fourthat hardly eats much at one meal as it is we pick like birds so this was sad! Read more

Normally good, but lately, and specifically through the drive through, the orders are almost always wrong. My photo is what I... received: a #37 with chicken and iceberg lettuce. What I ordered was a #36 (without the shell) with combo meat, and bothlettuce. I also paid the difference of adding the steak but received none. This is not a cafe. This is fast food Mexican. I was passing through town and wanted some good Mexican food. Unfortunately, I... chose Rosa's Cafe. The building is beautiful, the decor inside is beautiful, the employees were super helpful and kind, and itis conveniently located right off the freeway, but the food was terrible. I ordered the tamale plate. By my pictures I'mposting you probably can't tell there are even tamales on the plate because they put so much heavy sauce on them. There arethree tiny tamales that probably equal the size of one normal tamale. I couldn't even taste the tamales because the sauce was soheavy and so strong. Tamales don't need sauce. They are amazing if they are just served plain in their corn husk wrappers. Theygive tortillas with every meal but I did not care for their homemade tortillas. They were very chewy and gummy. I also sat at abooth that appeared to be "clean" but the table was very sticky all over and the booth seat on the other side had refried beansor something smeared across the back and a piece of napkin stuck on it. This made me look closer at things and it appears thewhole place needs a deep cleaning. Their building also has very high ceilings and there was a large family with lots of smallkids and their little voices were just echoing so loud throughout the entire restaurant. Family noises and restaurant noisesnever really bother me. Noise can even add to the experience sometimes if you go to a very popular, crowded little place. Butthis was different altogether and very unpleasant. I was expecting a good experience because this place has 4.3 stars on google.I was very disappointed. Stopped by on a Monday evening and the inside wasn?t too busy, but the drive through never slowed down. It was bumper to bumper... the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and super fast. As far as I?m concerned this is just about the best fast foodyou can get. Make your order, get your drink and by the time everyone is seated the food is ready. Everything we got was hotand our order was correct. The atmosphere is pleasing, I really like the decor and the vibrant colors. What more could you askfor, good fast food at good prices in a pleasant atmosphere. Read more
