Samburgers has great food! Sometimes they're hard to catch but so worth it when you do.
The Good - the burgers!! Love the red onions and thick slices of tomatoes. Vegetables are visibly fresh which is a plus. The... meat was cooked perfectly and juicy. Tator tots were crispy, but not burnt. The Bad - drink refills are NOT free, the are ,80each. Also, very limited seating only 3 tables - a 2 top and 2 - 4 top booths. The Ugly - very, very old building - I camehere everyday while in junior high in the late 1970's. The ceiling is cracked and falling down causing part of the building tobe closed. Found this place by accident because we were going to El ranchito down the road but they closed an hour early so we ended up... here. Not disappointed at all. Everything was hot and freshly made. The prices are really good too. Update! We don't get to gooften because we're 30 minutes away and the hours usually don't match up with our schedule but when we do make it it's alwaysgood. We went today and my husband and I both agree, it's the best burger in town. Burgers are seasoned, buns are toasted, onionrings basically melt in your mouth, and they carry pepsi sodas. Only thing I could see improving is the fries. They aren't bad,they taste the same as every other small burger joint, but I think they'd be better salted right out of the fryer. Salt packetsare included but it doesn't stick quite as well as freshly salted. Seasoning salt would be a game changer, just throwing thatout there since no one in this town seems to use it like where I'm from lol Read more

It was yummy. Better than Cristakis but not as great as others. Not sure what the issue is in Lubbock, but it seems like... everybody here prefers flat skinny burgers. I would really like to find a place with a big thick juicy one! Read more
This place has been in Lubbock for a long time. I used to eat there when I was a kid. It is still the best burger place in... town. They have the traditional greasy hamburger that you dream about. Their onion rings are also awesome. Anything I haveever eaten there has been outstanding. The service also great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Read more
