The worst experience ever. Called ahead and placed order. Waited 25 minutes to pick up food with one person in front of me.... Sandwich cold and soggy. Salad lettuce wilted and tomatoes not fresh. No salad dressing, croutons given. No chicken on salad.Was given no total and no receipt. Customer service was horrible. The person on speaker sounded deadly sick. I can't believe that I spent nearly $15 for a sandwich combo that had maybe 2 or 3 slices of meat. See pics attached. I really... like Schlotzsky's, but this is ridiculous. I guess Arby's will have to be my go to spot for a decent size and decent pricedsandwich. Read more

Says open at 8:00 showed up at 8:20 doors are still locked and all the employees are setting on the counter on there phones... looked right at me and keep playing on there phones. Yikes. It's like they don't know how to assemble, cut, and serve a sandwich, this thing was an absolute mess. The meat was not... the right size for the sandwich so the back 20% of the sandwich is just bread. Bread wasn't toasted so it went completely soggy.Whoever cut this thing did me no favors either, not only were they pretty far from quarters but they also didn't cut all the waythrough. While all the ingredients are here some like the black olives only made it to a very small portion of the sandwich,some parts of the sandwich are overflowing with lettuce and some have none at all. I really like Schlotzsky's but for a $15sandwich this is absolutely terrible. I wish I could go back in the kitchen and make my own sandwich. Read more
I was CRAVING Schlotzsky?s!! This was my first sandwich from there in over a YEAR Flat. Thin. Barely any meat. I?ll go... somewhere else next time. Do better. I?ve been sick and getting over Covid. Used to be great till the unfortunate turn of events that created a new owner of this store. Nothing like it was before. Store... is filthy, staff doesn't care, food comes out incomplete without lettuce or meat in the sandwich. I really liked the uncookedsandwich bun. Great touch. Read more
Kinda pricey but all together good food. Employees are very kind. Sometimes order is incorrect and line is slow moving.
