Cashier was talking too fast. i thought i talked fast but it was hard to keep up. My aunt ordered after me even had to ask her... to repeat what she said several times. Clean place but when i asked the cashier to change something because $28 for one meal wasexpensive for me she walked off like it was a burden and told them in the back. Not once was she nice and just looked like shehated her job. After she took my aunt's order she walked off and sat down to eat along with some other employees McDonald'sfood. A guy that had just come in from throwing trash brought us our order. My soup was in my aunt's bag and i had no soup.Brought her the soup and soup w/crackers but no spoon or crackers for me. In the end all was taken care of by the guy that wasnteven around when we placed our order but so courteous enough to give us what we needed and apologized. I've worked several typesof jobs and i always gave it my all. Food was great, but I don't think I will be back. Overall Too expensive and lacking goodcustomer service. Read more

Cashier extremely polite. Cinnabon old and hard as a rock. Asked for honey mustard dressing and got a container of dejion... mustard. Very tasty but not good on salad... Sandwich great.. Read more
Who can resist a sandwich from Schlotsky's? We didnt have much time so we split an original and chips, then a mini cinnabon. ... New menu items coming out. Dont forget you can order a pizza, salad, soup or sandwich. Staff was friendly and efficient. Will always make s stop here!! Read more
Great food, quick service, clean dining room. We have been here before and they are still as good as ever.
No jalapeno bread and wouldn't honor their own coupon. I get running out of bread with an order close to closing but this coupon... thing is frustrating. Don't mail it if you don't mean it. Read more
This is for the storefront on 19th, in Lubbock. I ordered a small turkey sandwich with mayo. There was no mayo. I asked the... manager, and she pointed me to the condiment section, instead of just remaking the sandwich. This just reflects poor serviceskills. C'mon guys, we can do better. Read more
