Not sure what is so hard about an unsweet tea that it's wrong about half the time I order it.
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks. Could not understand or hear the person taking the order because of them... wearing a mask. When I got to the window there was only one drink. TAKE THE MASK OFF TO TALK ON THE SPEAKER. Read more
Come here all the time. Just letting you know that saying ?oh yeah I meant to say diet? doesn?t make the drink you handed me... diet. Good food and brought promptly and as ordered. While eating, we put in a 2nd order for a small strawberry limeade slush. We... waited 5 minutes and nothing. We called back through window machine and asked about order and they said they didn't have anyother orders for us. We reordered and they promptly delivered a small strawberry slush (not strawberry limeade as we had orderedTWICE now, so we did nothing about it. Very frustrating!!! Read more
The customer service is awful in the afternoon and evenings. I went through the drive thru on 8/5/21 and whomever was taking my... order completely cut me off in the middle of ordering. I had to drive around to the window to complete my order. Peak time ornot someone needs to teach them A. Patience & B. Listening skills. Not the first time they have messed up an order. Read more
