In town this morning on business. Looked on line for closed Subway to the Overton hotel that was open. Google took me to this... location. It list hours open 6 am. I got there at 8:30 to be rudely told by the lady that was chatting with another employee ?Weare not open? turned back around and continued to talk. I had to ask three times what time do they open before she again rudelysaid 9 am. The DM should look into this location. If it was my site I would fire the crew who care more about talking g the opening timely. Read more
Bad bad customer services. No body service i see the lady walking relax in the store and she dont care sale in your area. Im ... sit down around 4 hours and she never take one order 3 peoples coming today morning and she dont care. The peoples get out withno food no service. This lady stolen money because she receive money for hour and she dont care and she no sale nothing onlywalking and the face very bad. For me no thank you. Their service was awful and they were very rude and disrespectful for no reason. Charged us wrong and got our toppings wrong... when we said it loud and clear. For being adults they were very rude to our softball team. They need more manners and patientsfor people especially people that aren?t from here. Subway really needs to put up signage when changing prices. They charged an extra 2.50 to make it a salad and this is the... saddest 10 dollar salad I have ever seen. They couldn?t even be bothered to cut the meat up. When I complained no one cared.Will never go here again and I recommend you do the same. 4 stars because you allow indoor dining. Seating area was clean, except for the air vents, they're covered in dust. The sandwich... tasted fresh & was tasty. The bread was cooked just right. I haven't had subway in over 2 years and was skeptical because it was 20 minutes until closing. I went on and gave it a try.... Great choice. The bacon chicken cheddar sandwich was to die for. Fresh vegetables indeed. I like extra ranch and that was theicing on the cake. Nothing like fresh onions and bell peppers. I truly enjoyed my meal. Read more
