I had to wait almost 30mins for my food because they had to make the drivethrough orders first that came well after my order was... placed. Also when inside a guy threw hot food on another employee and then started yelling about she shouldn't be on his D@#$and to stop F×@#ing with him. The bathroom is a disaster and the dining room is a mess. There is no manager on duty and theemployee's are acting wild. These kids need their mouth washed out with soap.. Read more
They used to be really good, but have gone downhill recently. The last two times I've gone they've told me there will be a 30... minute wait. We went in on 09/22/2022 at 7:30 pm. Dine in. We brought our two little kids in with us. Immediately started to hear banging in... the kitchen. The employees were goofing off. One employee dropped two F bombs loud enough for my children to hear and thenproceeded to drop the N word. Mind you these employees were all Caucasian. They were throwing food and trash at each other.Laughing at the fact that they had stale taco shells and would be serving them to customers and said "oh well sorry bout ya".One employee walked up to the front counter, we asked them to watch their language because of our kids being there and he got anattitude. Food was good but people working there Did not have proper language they were Yelling and cussing in the back Employees walking... out to their car sitting in the car coming back in going back out I was nervous for my kids didn't know what to expect. Ordered a Taco Party Pack (9 hard / 3 soft) via the drive thru. Had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes to get my 12 tacos.. the... staple of a Taco Bell. After finally getting said tacos, they looked like a child made them. Empty and flat (see photos). Therea reason this location has such low ratings. Overall, I will never eat at this location again. When we visited this Taco Bell on a Saturday morning, the dining room was clean and well organized. When we placed our order,... it was quickly made and delivered right to our table. I would no problem at all returning to this location for a quick meal. Read more
