I placed an order at 7:31pm. One of the items was a Nachos Bell Grande. When I got home (about 10 minutes away) I realized that... there was NO CHEESE on the nachos. NO CHEESE, as in the most basic ingredient on nachos. I returned (about another 10 minuteslater), went up to the front door with hours marked closing at 9pm and the doors were already locked. So, I had to wait in lineto get this fixed. I ran a stopwatch on my phone to see how long it would take and I was in line for 40 minutes and 32 seconds.When I finally got to the window, the person, whom I believe was a manager of some sort, handed another set of nachos out thewindow, said, "here" and closed the window. No chance for me to ask for any kind of refund or any compensation for having towait for nearly an hour just to get my "fast food" order fixed. Being a business owner myself, I would have either offered afull refund or offered something to compensate for this severe lack of competence. WARNING!!! DO NOT eat at the Taco Bell at 9832 Slide Road, Lubbock TX. I wish I could have posted a 0 star but it wouldn?t let... me.The food and service is awful. They make you order on a Kiosk when you go inside. If you don?t know this going in there andexpect them to take your order, the staff, including the manager will all laugh at you and force you to use the Kiosk. They willhumiliate you and give you a free drink. Food was super soggy, cold and tasted like slop. Soggy tacos, crunch wraps, and Mexicanpizzas. My dogs wouldn?t even eat it. Highly disappointed after spending $52 for my family to eat. Hoping they will refund ourmoney. I will make sure corporate and everyone else knows in Lubbock and outside of Lubbock.
