WARNING!!! DO NOT eat at the Taco Bell at 9832 Slide Road, Lubbock TX. I wish I could have posted a 0 star but it wouldn?t let... me.The food and service is awful. They make you order on a Kiosk when you go inside. If you don?t know this going in there andexpect them to take your order, the staff, including the manager will all laugh at you and force you to use the Kiosk. They willhumiliate you and give you a free drink. Food was super soggy, cold and tasted like slop. Soggy tacos, crunch wraps, and Mexicanpizzas. My dogs wouldn?t even eat it. Highly disappointed after spending $52 for my family to eat. Hoping they will refund ourmoney. I will make sure corporate and everyone else knows in Lubbock and outside of Lubbock. I placed an order at 7:31pm. One of the items was a Nachos Bell Grande. When I got home (about 10 minutes away) I realized that... there was NO CHEESE on the nachos. NO CHEESE, as in the most basic ingredient on nachos. I returned (about another 10 minuteslater), went up to the front door with hours marked closing at 9pm and the doors were already locked. So, I had to wait in lineto get this fixed. I ran a stopwatch on my phone to see how long it would take and I was in line for 40 minutes and 32 seconds.When I finally got to the window, the person, whom I believe was a manager of some sort, handed another set of nachos out thewindow, said, "here" and closed the window. No chance for me to ask for any kind of refund or any compensation for having towait for nearly an hour just to get my "fast food" order fixed. Being a business owner myself, I would have either offered afull refund or offered something to compensate for this severe lack of competence. I have visited this location probably 5 timesin the last year and every single time, something is wrong. Read more

Asked for no lettuce and wrap and taco covered in it. Then the out of blast and on top of that the carbonation is gone in both... drinks. I'm drinking flavored water. Not sure why we bothered to come here Read more

The Taco Bell app wasn't working so my husband and I went in. The staff was so rude about it a d was just like oh yeah the app's... not working sorry. With such attitude. Then when we ask if they would honor the app prices since we couldn't order on the app.They damm near laughed at us and said absolutely not. We will not be back here any time soon. ???????????? Again, if your employees are too slow to handle the consumers going inside to eat.. Maybe they should be greeters at Walmart. ... Unbelievable to wait almost and hour for three tacos and a Mexican pizza. Watched 8 orders go out the drive thru.. The audacityof your management even allowing this to happen will be detrimental to your profits..if you even make any at this location. Thetables were sticky and the entire restaurant smells of dirty mop water.. I felt like I was back in New Mexico. This place isdisgusting..in its employees especially. Work ethic is obviously not a virtue that is sought after here. Sad. Read more

Why have an operating (barely) restaurant open if you don?t have the staff to work it in an efficient manor. There were 3... people working that I saw?with only one who actually cared (hopefully he was the manager; if not, make him one now!). Walkin?there were completely operable computers at the front desk? but we still had to order at a kiosk?? Well that caused a delay?then we didn?t get out food until about 20 min. Understandable considering the drive through and minimal staffing. The extrastar is for the guy who seemed to care about quality and fixed our order after he identified it was wrong and wanted it to befresh. He even gave us some free taco coupons. The one (1) star is for those who own this franchise location. You only careabout the inward $$ flow and not the service. Hire more people and open when you can efficiently operate it? Read more
