We spent about $30 here around 7:30pm on Wednesday November 9th. and it was the worst customer service experience we've had at... this Taco Villa. We ordered a burrito, a kids meal with curly fries, a double chicken quesadilla, and a large fry. We noticedthat they never rang-up our large fry, but got the other stuff right. So we had to go up there and order our large fry and payfor it separately. Our food came out, then they forgot to put the fry in the bag for the kids meal! So fast forward were stillhungry so we order another double chicken quesadilla and we're waiting over ten minutes, so we go check on our order and theyhad it just sitting on some foam to-go containers in the back of the line, not even in the warmer. Used the drive thru. I was a long line, but moved at a good pace. Service and food was good. My only complaint was I didn't... receive any napkins or plastic ware for my nachos and I was staying at a hotel and didn't have access to any. Read more
I liked it. But DANG there proud of there food! Bring your check book and not your appetite! My wife and I had breakfast. It was... $18 and I left still hungry. It was delicious and the place was clean. Read more
Used to like going to this location but the only one that actually makes your order right is the Milwaukee location! Ordered... chicken nachos and they only gave me 7 pieces of chicken. I will not go back again after today. Read more

I used to like this location. Not really anymore. They used to be one of the best Taco Villas in town with their portion size.... Now, their burritos are a tad bigger than a taquito. Looks like I'll be going out of my way to different locations now Read more
We went thru drive up yesterday evening at 4th & Slide location , got $30. worth of food & drinks. Got home & theres no meat in... my "beef" taco salad. I called & manager said she'd replace it.By the time i got back home it was cold so i took off the tons oflettuce to warm the meat etc. Underneath all that lettuce was a piece of nitrile glove .
