I wish I knew the guys name but it is rare to see how attentive to his customers as he was. I was confused about my order from a... different one in Amarillo so I went and asked about it and he fixed it up with a smile on his face. I watched him while he tookcare of other customers and he was attentive to all. I am assuming he was a manager but even good management is so hard to find. Read more
Usually, I am a huge fan of Taco Villa. This location is the exception. Just waited 30 minutes in the drive through to be told... there was a ?hold on meat?upon arriving at the window. I?m less upset about the lack of meat, things happen, and more upset thatit wasn?t until we arrived at the window (with a line of cars wrapping the building) that they let us know over half the menuwas unavailable. Then just shut the window in my face after I said I wasn?t interested in beans as a substitution (would havebeen a weird crispy taco experience). Do better. send someone out of the kitchen to let the people waiting know the issue athand rather than wasting their time. Read more
Quick line even though they were very busy. Super friendly staff. Good prices and pretty good food. I would have given 5 stars... but they did leave 2 things off our order (which they happily and quickly fixed). We will for sure go back next time we are intown. Read more
This location is always hit or miss on the food. The service is good, but I will often times get sour tea or my food will be... cold (beans cold hard not melted cheese) and taco shells will be stale. Anytime we have addressed it, the problems stop for ashort time, but after a few visits the same issues present themselves. It's a shame because this location is on my way home, andwe have just avoided it all together and go to another location. Read more
Staff is killing it! Very obviously understaffed right now. Brendon was running both inside and drive through registers at the... same time when I was there. If mistakes are made they are quick and happy to fix it. Read more
7727 Milwaukee is definitely the worst Taco Villa in Lubbock. This place consistently messes up orders. The way they make their... food is not the same as the other locations either. I?d recommend checking your order thoroughly before leaving the drivethrough. Or better yet, skip this Taco Villa and go to another. All other Taco Villas I?ve been to are excellent IME. Read more
Typically I?m not the one to complain, but this is getting ridiculous. I have been to this location multiple times and have had... the same issue! I just went here around 1:30pm for lunch, and for almost $5 dollars I get this? $5 dollars is a good price forchili cheese curls, but for like 5 curls in there!? I have been to a lot of other locations that give a decent amount! Am Iordering it wrong? Maybe next time I need to ask for a large curl with a side of chili?? if there is a next time.. ???? Read more
