$8+ for chips and queso?staff can?t even fill the queso to the top? This is the only location that seems to have this issue not... surprised as Lubbock seems to have the lowest quality for nationwide chains. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. Read more
Good and polite employees and manager. ! But , our food was not good at all. It was wrong the first time ? I took it back in and... they gladly tried to correct it but once I finally got the chance to eat my lunch it was still wrong? ???? just makes me sad !33$ order that I & my family didn?t even enjoy ?. ???? and here?s a picture of my daughters quesadilla that was covered ingrease and wrapped terribly? she refused to eat it. Torchy?s Taco in Lubbock looks fairly different from the ones in San Antonio. It is more like a sports bar than a quick... eatery. Love the interior design and flow the space. Friendly staff and Quality of the food is the same as always. It is laidback and causal and comfortable place for a quick bite or crab a drink ????. Read more
It was definitely a packed place on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to order and find a place to sit and eat. The service was... awesome, and the food was delicious. I really loved the chips and salsa. Tacos were delicious and filling. Read more
