Pretty poor experience overall. Staff was less than helpful and showed obvious lack of training or desire to serve. ... Restaurant was less than half full, and it still took a long time to get our food. The drinks went empty and it was difficultto get a server to assist. One of the burgers was almost raw and was sent back. It took over 20 minutes to get it back and wejust took it to go. They forgot the fries and the onion rings were cold. On the positive, my breakfast burger was reallygood and the fries were nice. The bill arrived with almost every item about a dollar more than the menu. They explainedprices went up. How hard is it to notify the customer in advance or even better, print new menus. The manager came over andoffered no solution. Nice looking place, but the staff ruined it. Read more
Was given the wrong food, had to get up to ask for utensils and had to ask for napkins 3 times finally just got up and got some... at the bar. The mimosa was great although it took about 20 minutes to get one. The bar tender is the one who gave me utensil andnapkins when I got up. The chilaquiles are okay the crab cakes egg Benedict?s are okay. Over all disappointing. The locationsand service at the toro burger bar in El Paso are better. Read more
Food was amazing, beer cold and served in an iced mug, burgers were out of this world. Our waitress was super polite and... amazing. Juan, the manager was awesome!!! This place is lucky to have him. I would recommend the All American burger to eventhe snobbiest of burger snobs. The fried pickles were so good I couldn't even take a picture of them. The kids loved the patio! Read more
My ?well done? burger. I picked this up to go and I heard a moo coming from the bag and opened it to find this. The order was... wrong and when I went back up there the cook threw his hands up and had a little fit ! It was a rough experience although theydid give me my money back. Lost my appetite Read more
Toro is the first restaurant in years to make me feel like I couldn't do it better at home. An excellent meal and drink variety... at an unbeatable price for happy hour. The staff were lovely and I felt cared for! I've been here twice now and it's improveddramatically. I've had burgers across the nation and aside from a few mom and pop places I don't feel like anyone on the southplains beat me in the kitchen for burgers till today. Read more

1. Waitress left without letting us give our drink order 2. Mimosa pitchers brought out without glasses 3. My glass had chunks... stuck in it 4. Food took over 45 minutes to come out 5. We had requested butter when we ordered, had to remind waitress afterfood arrived and then informed they don?t have butter (ordered waffles) 6. My food was cold, it was taken back to be warmed, theegg yolks were cooked but the rest was still cold. 7. The hollandaise sauce was thin, broken and bitter (makes sense if theydon?t have butter). 8. One in our party didn?t get his food until the rest of us were done. 9. We were never asked about refills(we were ordering pitchers of mimosas). 10. The manager had to come out to find out what we all ordered to do our checks, awhileafter our waitress said she was bringing our checks. Read more
