Love the food here! But now when you drive through to pick up your order, they will tell you one price and charge your credit... card a different amount. Last time I was there they charged my credit card an extra amount for a tip I didn't approve. When Icalled to have it removed, they acted as if it was a mistake, but never offered to repay the overcharged amount. Not happy aboutthe new service here. (Slide location near 82nd St) Read more
Would not recommend. The girl who cashed us out added herself a tip. we found this out when we asked why the price was so high.... She stated the prices changed. We the for the receipt and she said the machine was broken but we demanded one. Then her managercame and said it was out of paper and replaced it. When we looked at the receipt she indeed added a tip to the order. Her andher manager stated ?it wasn?t even a big deal? . We called corporate but they covered up and said ?no, they just haven?t beentrained properly?. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR Money. Read more

Ordered online for puckup and waited over 15 minutes for my order. Had to go inside to get told I was required to go through the... drive thru for my pickup order. The people sitting in the car next to me were able to get there food yet I wasnt able too andagain was told i had to go through the drive through. And other people are able to have there food brought out to there carwhile I was required to go throu the drive through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So why is it that I cant have my order broughtout to me when I ordered online and other people are having there food brought to there car!?!?!?!?! AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Read more
I was very impressed with my visit today! It was definitely a better experience than the other location on 82nd. They had the... beyond meat chicken (meat replacement) which I've been trying to order in the order location for over three months and theynever have it. I really appreciate how they don't charge for it either. Most places love to charge extra if you order meatreplacement options. The carribean jerk wrap was amazing and so was my apple matcha smoothie! The person who took my order wasvery polite and asked frequently if everything was okay. I took the online survey which earned me $1.99 smoothie on my nextvisit. I would highly recommend this location over the other one! Read more
Great place for a smoothie! So many choices and varieties. Immune blast has fruit and vitamins. Taste great! Inside is always... clean and tidy. They have flatbreads, wraps and sandwiches. Staff is friendly and fast. They have a drive-thru. They have atropical smoothie app to add a credit card for easy payment and a rewards program. Read more
The food was delicious!! The service needed to be improved A LOT! the smoothie was very tasty however there isnt an option for a... small without ordering a child (which has 3 flavors). Lots of options to add. There is sugar substitute (Splenda) and proteinoptions. As well as additional vits. There is outside seating. Handicapped accessible seating. Read more
