Seriously don't go if lysa (she's an assistant manager) isn't working at the time. She makes the best food. All the others do is... stand around complaining about how they make enough to stand around. Never have enough caffeine ordered. Always out of somethinglike Dr. Pepper or Coke or both. Read more
Worst place ever. Decided to come inside to eat. First didn?t get the receipt. Then they only gave me the chicken nuggets. We... literally waited a whole another 20mins to get the rest. An Uber person was here before and still waiting after us. The frontpeople extremely lost or wasn?t trained correctly. I kno it?s hard time for employees. The manager lady was unapologetic aboutthe whole thing. And Hearing the drive thru ppl only taking cash. No wonder this location always look empty. And ppl leaving dueto no greeting walking in or help. How sad is this. I extremely won?t recommend this Wendy?s. Wow so disappointing. Then tryagain to only get a partial part of my Order . I order all at once I expect my order to come all at once as well. I hope y?allretrain your ppl or something. Read more
Been here several times but just yesterday pulled up in the evening with two guests inside and no one in front of me. Ordered a... #1 regular sized. Was asked to pull up to wait. Waited 15 min and seen three other vehicles served and passed to exit. Drove inreverse and asked if my order was ready. One cook remarked to the cashier,"It's only been 12 minutes and it's not ready yet." Atthat point it ruined it and did not want bad food or problems and just asked for a refund. I am in the restaurant business so Iunderstand about waits but attitudes will ruin it all for me. Read more

Sometimes the staff cares, sometimes they don?t . Tonight I got good service, but as usual they didn?t have everything I... ordered. Today no baked potatoes. Another case of employees being set up for failure. The food I did get was good. Im very neartaking Wendy?s off my go to list, always some kind of disappointment. Read more
Ordered through the app. Got there and waited patiently but after 15 min went in to find out they handed my order to someone... else. They made my order again and it was wrong. Hope they can get it fixed but I do not recommend this location!!! Read more
Wendy?s sound great. However, I?ll choose taco bell. They don?t have a pickup backwards in the drive-thru.
