Only one lady working here on the day of graduation for Texas tech students (during lunch rush...) really? Warn customers for... long waits in advance, as people have travel plans during grad season.. you should be aware of this since you are part of theLubbock community. Ordered pizzas and gave a 25% pre-meal-tip for my son's birthday. We waited over an hour, as we watched people come in and out... with pick-up orders. We played a whole game of Sorry, then noticed the staff getting drinks at the fountain. We asked about ourpizza, and they hadn't even started making them!. No sorry was given, just a: "do you want your refund?". I'm now going to haveto wait till Monday to make sure that we did get our refund, because I don't trust them. Read more
This place used to be some of the best pizza in Lubbock, but they have not been very good the last few times I've visited. I... don't know if they're short-handed, but the wait times have been long, and the pizza hasn't been completely done. I hope theybounce back, though; they used to be awesome. Read more
