Service was horrible waitress only came to the table if I called her kinda loudly, I usually just wave to get attention but she... did not look in our direction at all. Or ask about the food. Also the food was horrible, fries were cold, and the buns felt likethey were pulled from a freezer and just grilled the inside because the top of the buns was hard and cold, the meat was cold. Ihad them take everything off my ticket and I paid for my daughter's wings and left. The manager didn't even come over and sayanything to us at all about the experience after I told the waitress. It's like he didn't care. I will never recommend thisplace to anyone. But I will tell them not to go there. I'm actually suprised they are open it's like the owner stopped caringabout how it's ran and just glad he's making money or something. I usually love this place but I recently just bought the cauliflower fries basket. First I had called in the order and when I... arrived at the time they said which was 30 minutes, I waited for an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant before someone cameto the door. They finally helped me and asked for my name. Another ten minutes passed and they came out and asked my nameagain. Things seemed really disorganized. When I got home and opened my order it seriously only had 3 pieces of cauliflower init. That has never been the case. Then matters got worse when I bit into one piece and it wasnt cooked all the way through.Typically this order has ranch drizzled and the sauce drizzled over the top. None of this was done. So essentially paid 12$ forbasically fries. I was really disappointed and it seems like the quality has been trending downward lately. I used to take myfamily there often and really loved this place. I am thinking I probably won?t go back and wouldn?t recommend it to anyoneanymore. Read more
I'll give 2 stars because the food is decent. Ate here tonight and my brother and I got separate tickets. The waitress charged... me for my brothers(which was more) and vice versa. The waitress had an attitude that I could feel. Upon getting home, I see thatI was actually charged 9$ more dollars than the receipt(that I have) I'll be calling the restaurant tomorrow to see what thedeal is. Get you some. The wings are always juicy and moist. Good variety of wing flavors. We are a family of 8. It can be a little... crazy! My 5 year old baby girl is crazy for the chicken and waffles. Any time I give the option to go out for a meal she alwaysrequests Wing Daddys. ???? There have been a few times where the food can take a bit to come out. Being a big family, I?munderstanding. I don?t know what everyone else is complaining about. Try a little patience and understanding. Today, the generalmanager Jose came out to check on us. When they forgot to bring my daughter?s food out, he was quick to bring it out and was sofriendly! Come by yourself. There?s a bar! Or bring your family! We will continue to come and eat here. Iv been here enough times to where I feel I could right a reasonable review. When it comes to the service, the servers do a good... job at keeping your drinks filled and make sure they stay consistent checking on you to make sure your are good and don't needanything. The food is very consistent and their wings I'd hafto say are probably some of the best with flavor and size, theirwings are huge. Very good flavor profile and consistency. The atmosphere is a great, but then there comes the music we call itclub daddies because the music is so freaking loud its hard to hear the person or people that you are with and you find yourselftalking loud. I'm not sure why, but it's like they wake up and choose maximum volume every morning, it would be nice to be ableto have a decent conversation without hafting to yell. 1 thing that did happen was on a takeout order when I was at the bar topay for my food, one of the girls got my credit card number and tried charging my account over $700 it didn't happen that day,but they did keep my credit card for what seemed like a long time. About a week later someone was trying to bug something withmy card and I knew it had to be from wing daddies because the card was brand new and no one else but me had touched it or seenit but me up untill I went to wing daddies. Shoutout to all the staff and manager!! They were so friendly and on point.. the food was AMAZING and they had drinks and food... on the table within minutes!!! I highly recommend this place and a extra huge shoutout to Jose the manager and Kylee thebartender they took great care of my family!! Definitely will be back and recommend anybody that is looking for GREAT WINGS!!! Read more
First time trying Wing Daddy. Service was a bit slow that we just sat ourselves down but not a big deal. Our waiter was... attentive and brought out the food at a reasonable time. The wings were flavorful and had a good kick. Pictured are the cilantrolime and lemon pepper. Read more
The food was good but the customer service is horrible!!!! We entered the establishment it took about 15 minutes before we were... even acknowledged or addressed by any employee. Finally a young lady came over asked if we wanted a short or tall table wepointed out a tall table. She said she'd clean it and be back she walked to the table took the dirty dishes but then didn'tfinish cleaning up the rest. We stood there waiting she finally came back and finished. Then we ordered the food came out prettyquickly but they forgot my fries and the waitress never came around to check back with us till we were about done with ourwings. She then came out with the basket of fries that were barely warm I think she forgot them at the call window. Theydefinitely need more help on Tuesdays. Read more
