On Saturday, August 13th a group of us gathered & decided to order Chicken Express! Always a good choice! We had a huge order &... unfortunately not all of it made it in our bags/possession. So once we got organized & realized we called & they said if wecould just come back they'd correct it. Boy, let me tell ya...the manager on duty was an extremely professional ???? young man.He completely fixed our order & we learned a huge bus of kidos came in right behind us & a cook walked out on him. Even afterall that frustration he remained calm, cool & collected. It's great to see young'n give a darn in this lost world. I wish him abright future! Keep ur head up Dude you gonna make it!!! I got the 4 piece. Chicken strip meal. Chicken was stale none of my food was hot. It was around 8 pm. Yesterday Aug. 4th.
Multiple, multiple bad experiences including the order I just received. My roll looks like it was already ate on, all tore... up. On top of countless times where my order has been wrong, the employees are rude and short with you, I?m honestly just sickof trying to get food and constantly being met with problems at this place. I knew I should?ve went to Popeyes and it?s whereI?ll be going from now on, never coming back here and I don?t advise anyone else to. Read more
Hot wings is the only reason for 3 stars. We're asked to support our local businesses, but as you can see, how could we support... this kind of quality? Money is tight now. We could have gotten half a week of groceries for what we spent. Wife said are yousure you want to go there. I told her that this is the last time to try one of the chicken express. Well they have sealed theirfate with me. No more. We were there when they first opened up in BC, TX. They started out with great food, but since theyopened more locations they're more about money than quality. What a shame. Read more
Being that it was only 30 minutes before closing I have to say the food and service was amazing. I was waited on at the drive... through by Josh and I only came back again because everything was so good the night before. Josh waited on me the night beforealso. My . Anyway Josh was very polite and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to get such excellent service and food 30minutes before closing but I did. I should have took pictures but I guess I was too hungry but I will next time. I dont know ifJosh was the manager but if not I hope the company realizes what a great asset he is to the company and can hopefully see he isdefinitely management material.
