Ledos used to have a wonderful reputation in this family but here recently it seems that the morale and quality control from the... staff has dropped exponentially. Here at the Lusby location the food quality has taken a turn for the worse, food is over cookedconstantly, sloppily put together, Stromboli is either undercooked or overcooked. We love Ledo?s but had a really bad experience here. We ordered the pizza and pretzel lunch special - they messed up our order.... Then really didn?t do much to correct it besides offering us to come back to pick up the correct order which defeats the purposeof us having lunch ready for the kids before they get hangry. This place was crazy busy at 720pm on a Friday night. The dining area was packed and so many people were picking up takeout. I... wish I had taken a picture of our pizza before we devoured it. Sorry, not sorry! It was loaded with bacon and who can wait whenthere's crispy bacon? There are many unique qualities to Ledo's pizza that warrants giving them a try when you come across oneof their shops. Rectangular pie, flaky crust, thick pepperoni, really good Italian sausage, fresh onions and peppers, slightlysweet sauce, tasty mushrooms and the crispy bacon they load on after the pie is cooked. ???? Always good food. Service good. Make sure waitresses who wish to complain about customers, do so in private and not where other... customers can hear them. I was a customer who over heard the waitress complaining honestly about where a customer sat and thatshe ordered by way of carry out and then decided to dine in. Restaurant dining was not busy and waitress complained to thecustomer about the fact that she could lose out on money since they ordered carry out and not with her. Just unprofessional andhonestly not the customers problem nor did it need to be brought to their attention. Just saying. Read more
