I went into the subway with my family through the drive-through and the employees they?re literally had no idea what they were... doing. I ordered a simple sandwich with four ingredients which was ham provolone lettuce and veggies and they gave me the exactopposite of what I asked for and even toasted my sandwich when they asked me if I wanted to toasted and I said no. When I calledthem to confront them about this they ended up hanging up on me and blocking my number so if anybody has the manager of thesubways number or contact information of the gas station please let me know because I will be wanting to have a long discussionwith them. This is the 2nd time we?ve ordered from the subway app for pickup and this is the 2nd time they screwed up our order. The bread... is NEVER fresh here in the first place. We ordered 4 subs all with different cheeses. They put provolone on ALL our subs. Weonly wanted it on one. They didn?t warm up the meats as requested. Basically screwed up all 4 subs!! You'd think that a sub place would know how to construct a proper sub. An inch and a half of bread at each end with nothing on... it. All the dressings are put on last so it's a complete disaster when opened. If you want it hot but not toasted they'll putthe entire sub in the microwave instead of just the meat. The employees are in desperate need of proper training. The last 3times in a row I couldn't get a meatball sub. First it was wraps only, no sub bread at all, the next two times they simply hadno meatballs. 3 weeks in a row I couldn't get the most popular sub.
