I went into the subway with my family through the drive-through and the employees they?re literally had no idea what they were... doing. I ordered a simple sandwich with four ingredients which was ham provolone lettuce and veggies and they gave me the exactopposite of what I asked for and even toasted my sandwich when they asked me if I wanted to toasted and I said no. When I calledthem to confront them about this they ended up hanging up on me and blocking my number so if anybody has the manager of thesubways number or contact information of the gas station please let me know because I will be wanting to have a long discussionwith them. This is the 2nd time we?ve ordered from the subway app for pickup and this is the 2nd time they screwed up our order. The bread... is NEVER fresh here in the first place. We ordered 4 subs all with different cheeses. They put provolone on ALL our subs. Weonly wanted it on one. They didn?t warm up the meats as requested. Basically screwed up all 4 subs!! You'd think that a sub place would know how to construct a proper sub. An inch and a half of bread at each end with nothing on... it. All the dressings are put on last so it's a complete disaster when opened. If you want it hot but not toasted they'll putthe entire sub in the microwave instead of just the meat. The employees are in desperate need of proper training. The last 3times in a row I couldn't get a meatball sub. First it was wraps only, no sub bread at all, the next two times they simply hadno meatballs. 3 weeks in a row I couldn't get the most popular sub. The restroom (mens) feels like a shady motel restroom,dirty, falling apart... The food service and seating areas are typically clean. Read more
Very clean and friendly atmosphere. The young man that served me was new and he did an awesome job!
This subway is terrible and I will no longer stop there. Everytime I go the customer service is terrible. They are usually out... of many items and too busy talking to each other to assist customers. This last time my salad was so tiny and they forgot thecheese. They barely filled the salad bowl. I will take the extra time to drive up to the one on 95 from now on. Read more
Waited like 10 minutes and halfway through the order we over hear the cashier say the credit card machine was down. We didn't... have cash, ATM but didn't want to pay a sur charge. Also there was only 2 kinds of bread, I get they got busy but still. Theydidn't have enough steak prepped so the guy went to get more which was nice but we could see him slamming things around. Sandwich artist was extremely nice and happy. However their fountain machine didn?t work. So I asked for ?coke with no ice?. Got... ice, sent it back. Then received Diet Coke. Had to explain to her that ?coke? meant Coca Cola. Read more
Not the cleanest Subway, though that may be in part due to them sharing it with a gas station. Often out of items which can be... disappointing. Read more
