I've started avoiding coming to this taco bell. Lately the wait has been really long, they open later than their hours state and... they close early. In addition, the food quality has dropped. You would think if they're going to take longer to make the food,it would be better quality. Read more
Ordered through the app. When I got to the drive-thru to pick up the order, no one answered. After 3ish min, I said "hello" as I... know that the headset starts working the moment someone is on the sensor. At 925p, the worker says, "in sorry, we're closed". Isaid, "No, I ordered from the app 10min ago." They made my order, but were out of ice,out of black beans, so we had to haverefried. Only 2 of the 5 people in the location seemed to be working.
