I've started avoiding coming to this taco bell. Lately the wait has been really long, they open later than their hours state and... they close early. In addition, the food quality has dropped. You would think if they're going to take longer to make the food,it would be better quality. Read more
Ordered through the app. When I got to the drive-thru to pick up the order, no one answered. After 3ish min, I said "hello" as I... know that the headset starts working the moment someone is on the sensor. At 925p, the worker says, "in sorry, we're closed". Isaid, "No, I ordered from the app 10min ago." They made my order, but were out of ice,out of black beans, so we had to haverefried. Only 2 of the 5 people in the location seemed to be working. I understand they want to leave, but your hours say 10p,not 915p. Read more

Store service is horrible. I've eaten at this location off and on since 2005. Last 3 years I've ordered here my order had been... wrong, or items have been left out. Every single time. This store will be replace soon due to location complaints willcontinue till Taco Bell won't want their name trashed any longer. Read more
5pm and the dinning area is closed. I travel with a RV so it's not like I can use the drive thur. Either open everything up... or just close the thing down. Sick and tried of places only having drive thur or closing half way though the day. Get ittogether. Your making tacos it can't be that difficult Read more

Best hard taco I?ve ever had. Cheese was perfect. Quesadilla was loaded, and my friend said his grilled chicken burrito was... epic. He said every bite was heaven. 10/10 would drive to Columbus for this Taco Bell again! Read more
