We are from out of town and ordered pizza for takeout. Their pizza is different from chain pizza places and is very good. I... normally don't eat leftover pizza but it was so good that I ate it the next day and it still tasted just as good. We didn't caretoo much for their garlic bread but their pizza is a must. If you have any sort of special dietary needs, make sure you repeat yourself several times or they WILL mess up your order. This... has been happening to my mother now for years here, and it's clearly a pattern, not a particular employee. The food in generalis mediocre and lukewarm, the atmosphere is just...okay, and the service is terrible especially for takeout. No longer givingthem our business. Read more

Go to Marshfield every summer and look forward to dining at Mama Mia?s. Especially love the pizza. Was there today and pizza was... TERRIBLE. Crust was not freshly made. Tasted like a premade pizza shell. I hope this is not how they are now making pizza. Havebeen back many times this summer and pizza was great!!!! Read more

Our server was fantastic! She was very attentive and personable, and she gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give Mama Mia's... itself more than three stars. This particular location was on the dirty side. There was food on the seat of a booth, a usednapkin under our table, and the rug looks as if it's been years since it's been cleaned. The a/c was actually too cold, andcondensation could be seen all along the edges of the ceiling vent. Mind you, it was early, maybe 45 minutes after opening, soit's not as if it was super busy( though that would not be an excuse for not doing basic cleaning). It's a shame as theVisciarello's( sp) who own the local chain cannot put forth the effort and money to ensure that every location, whether superbusy or not , lives up to the reputation that they've built over the years. And lastly, they have changed their sauce recipe.Where before it was thicker with great flavor, it is now overly thin and bland. Seems as if the owners do not seem to care aboutquality as much. I've given them multiple chances , but sadly this visit will be my last. Read more

My friends and I came here to eat very recently. We are all 21+ and ordered some drinks. The waitress checks IDs, verifies our... age, then goes back to put in our order. About maybe 5-10 minutes later she comes back and says ?I?m so sorry guys, I?m new, Ihad no idea that I?m supposed to run IDs through a box.? Totally fine, we?re super understanding and hand our IDs back rightaway. A few minutes later a woman who didn?t even look much older than us storms out with our IDs - our state issued IDs thatwe?ve used hundreds of times with no problem - and basically starts yelling at us that our IDs came up fake and that she?d haveto confiscate them until we can prove they are not. Honestly, she came at us with such hostility that at first I thought she HADto be joking. She was not, and kept demanding that we prove we?re all 21+, even made a point to flick at our ID?s as if theywere some sort of flimsy knock off. We found second proofs of identification to show her which she barely glanced over beforedeclaring that we were ?clear.? One of my friends didn?t have something readily available to show her and had to scroll throughher photos to find it and the woman literally walked off with her ID clearly not intending on giving it back. We ended upleaving afterwards because she had made us so uncomfortable but then my friend went back in because we figured if our IDs were?failing? we needed to know for a fact so we could fix it. As it turns out, there is no ?box? that they have to run IDs. Theyjust clearly didn?t want to serve us, as evident by the way that they continued to act rude and talk down to my friend when shewent to investigate. I am a small business owner, and a former waitress of four years. I KNOW times are tough, things happen, etc. etc. and am the LAST person to ever say anything when things happen. Everyone I know can vouch for the fact that I?m anincredibly forgiving person and will make excuses for everything under the sun. I have NEVER experienc Read more

DISAPPOINTED! We ordered takeout. The online prices were about 30% lower than what was charged. Chicken Piccata was $15.99... online, we were charged $22.99. The Chicken Parmigiana was $15.99 online and we were charged $22.99. The Nonna's ChickenBroccoli Ziti was $14.99 online and we were charged $20.99. The side of meatballs were $4.99 and we were charged $6.25. It cannot be legal for a restaurant to charge $7.00 more for a plate what was advertised online. The portions were extremely small, there was hardly any sauce, and the food was soggy and just warm. Meatballs were good though. Having to pay $79 when you areexpecting $50 is a disgrace. This is our first and absolutely last time we'll go here. Read more

Here?s Chicken Parm Sandwich with very crunchy fries & Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Both were delizioso. There was also Calamari... on the table which was a bit soggy but fresh Calamari that it didn?t smell. Read more
