This place seems to have fallen on hard times. The light over our table was out, we brought it up as an issue (we had to use our... phone lights to even read our menus) and even though we could see other open tables that would fit our party they did not moveus. We got the wrong burger for my 7 year olds meal. They brought a veggie burger rather than a normal cheeseburger. If we hadlight we might have caught it. Instead, in the dark we were pressuring out daughter to finish her food until she begged us notto make her because it didn't taste right. Overall our server was a trooper. Food was good but very poor service. We came in on Sunday evening 2 hours before closing. There weren?t many tables that were... already seated so we thought service would be quick. But we were wrong. After getting seated, I had to ask twice for a server,so that someone would come to provide us a menu and water. The dessert menu on the table and the digital system were sticky.Probably not cleaned since the last guests that were seated on that table. The service was extremely slow since the serverswere busy chatting with each other. Each time I needed something, I had to wait for up-to 10 mins until our server walked by oursection or we managed to get their attention. The long wait for service even in smaller things like getting a refill on thesides or the drinks was very off putting and made us want to pack up and leave. Side note - The $10 gourmet meal seemed like agreat deal. But you cannot swap out the protein. So if you don?t eat red meat you are out of luck and cannot get thedeal. We?ve always loved the food and Red Robin?s. But, I don?t see us coming back until the service improves. Read more

We've had a couple of less than favorable experiences here in the last couple years, but have stayed with them. Tonight they... seemed to have ample staff, the food came out promptly, and was good. The onion ring appetizer was small, but hot and fresh. Wesat at the bar to watch football and our cheeseburgers were very good. Read more

Called for curb side pick up. Got hung up on twice. Phone was clearly answered both times. 3rd call someone answered and... brought the food out. Order was incorrect. Container count was correct however unbeknownst to me one container was just a fryrefill and not a meal. We called to report after we got home. Got put on hold mid sentence and continued to hold for over 15minutes. Staffing levels should be addressed if you have to sacrifice customer service to keep up with the business demand 1/5because the onus to validate the quality and accuracy of the order shouldn't fall on the customer. No customer should have tocall multiple times to get a response. No customer should ever be put on hold for such a length of time that their patronagefeels unwelcome. Read more

First, my wife and I were told that we had to wait for about 50 minutes until a table would be available. Normally I wouldn't... have waited but we were in no hurry. Second, about an hour had passed and we still hadn't been seated. There were other peoplewho had been seated before us and had arrived after we did. After giving a very stern look the host finally seated us. Third,we're looking over the menu and I noticed that several other people were complaining about the service and the food theyreceived or didn't receive. When we were ready to place our order, our server informed us that they ran out of salad and theselection of other vegetables were very limited. Upon hearing this we decided to leave; we paid for our drinks and the desert weordered to go. I felt bad for our server and my wife and I made sure to give her a good tip for everything she had to deal within that restaurant. I don't know about the other red robin locations but I do know that the mason location needs to be revampedor completely shut down. Read more

Party of 18, (10 kids) and the wait staff didn?t miss a beat. They were on refills and getting orders out quickly. Very... attentive and great service. Food was on par for a Red Robin as usual Read more

We love Red Robin and visit often, but this time was the worst experience we have ever had. We tried ordering apps on the ziosk... machine, it didn?t work. We eventually ordered our apps and entree together. Apps came out and were great. 30 minutes later,still no entree. Finally, a server who was not our server brought out food, cold. The chicken was burnt on the clucks and friesmy daughter ordered, dry, and hard. She wanted them, and tried to eat them, only got in one bite before pushing them away. Myburger was cooler than room temp, fries looked like they had been sitting for awhile. I refused to have them remake because Ididn?t want them to ?retaliate?. We will miss you Red Robin. Read more

My drink was high light! Place had limited staff & those working were working very hard. The times we live in. Food was average... at best. Bathrooms were dirty & no toilet paper. Get them more help! Good luckRR! Read more
