Terrible management. Having a special night for my daughter and she requested Papa Gino's, started trying to place my order... online at 5:50 and kept getting "I'm sorry please try again or call the store to finish your order" messages for 20minutes. Finally call, wait on hold for 10 more minutes to be told they can't use the coupon from their website and won't honorthe deal manually "we can't do that anymore". Clearly a management team that has forgotten their most important asset, theircustomers. Ordered Dominos instead and guess what? Got my free pizza and it was a 15 minute wait instead of a 45. Love Papa Gino's. Been going to the Medway one for over 30 years. Waiting for my delivery right now. I've tried others in the... area but will always get my Papa Gino's with extra of their good sauce on it. Only downside...I eat a large in one sitting ! Read more

Our whole school shop ordered in house and the workers were very accommodating and made some good food fast.
Tried to get food delivery was told 50 minutes wait. 1.5 hours go by and I hear nothing so I called to check in and was told... papa ginos doesnt have their own drivers anymore and the food was never picked up. You lost a lifetime customer... Read more
