Was our first time here and we where greeted by Nestor ( he took our order and was so friendly and helpful) he had a smile the... entire time. Amber took our money and she also verified my order and was helpful . Erik was cleaning the driveway ( and he alsowas happy ???? working away ) Kevin and Monique where in the drive through window and they also where so kind and pleasant !!!!This has to be one of the best experiences with In & Out ???????? They all need a raise and a award for nice customerservice! The entire food and drinks where nice and hot and me and the kids enjoyed our food we parked in the parking lot andenjoyed our meal ?????? All my life I've heard so many people tell me how wonderful the In and Out burger is. They all lied. This place was packed,... causing me to wait almost 30 minutes for one of the worst burgers of my life. The burger is a "poor-mans" version of the Steak& Shake burger. I got a California In and Out tshirt for $14.95. In-n-Out I'd great if you're doing Keto or have a gluten or yeast allergy. You... can order a burger protein style and they will skip the bun and lettuce wrap it. There isn't a place anywhere else that compareswhen it comes to lettuce wrapping a burger. They do a fantastic job. They also always have the friendliest staff. There wassomeone cleaning the bathroom while we were there as well. Two thumbs up and get in there and have a double double proteinanimal style with mustard instead of animal sauce. Read more
Last night around 11 pm I had such an amazing experience with the drive thru cashier girl ( I wish I got her name, I will try to... find out???? ) and the manager Christian. They were so utterly kind that on the drive home I explained to my son that those arethe type of people who deserve great things to come back to them. ???? thank you so much. Husband was there for 30 minutes-from waiting to give order and receiving order. Hamburgers were cold as were the fries. The... fries were seriously undercooked. Had looked forward to this for months, as I live in Texas. We’re moving out here, butwe’ll never eat here again. Whataburger will beat this shizz anytime. Read more
I love this place because my burger and fries always always always come out fresh! And I'm not forced into buying a soda with a... meal! My service is always top tier. Sometimes can take a little time, but it's always worth it to me. Easily my go to place fora quick hamburger I can drive off with. But dining in is just as great! Read more
The orange cones driving up to it were like a DMV driving test.. But very convenient to have someone standing outside to take... our order. 1st building window they took money. 2nd window picked up our order. In between is a huge picture window to show howyour food is prepared. At the 2nd window, Eric said he saw we were taking photos. I explained it was for Google Maps. He seemedvery concerned that I know that the law said people who were working inside NEED NOT wear a mask if vaccinated. (California July28, 2021 says ALL should wear mask inside. ) IRONICALLY, the guy standing outside was wearing mask. Most employees inside werenot. My photos were to accent their huge window to the prep room and their transparency and cleanliness, not to reveal somewere unmasked... but apparently there was some guilt about that fact. This would actually be a good fast food place if it wasn't for one thing. So I get french fries every time I come here, I also... get a cheeseburger with that. And everytime, they put stuff in the cheeseburger that I don't like; spread, pickles, etc. And weask them for just a plain cheeseburger but they always put something I don't like in the cheeseburger.
