Horrible experience, the white guy that serve my ice creams had a ugly attitude he forgot to gave me one ice cream in a waffle... cone and got super angry once I told him he forgot one of my ice creams and gave me a miserable scoop in the cone. I have tried to order cakes in advance twice at this store. Both times I have shown up for the pickup and they don?t have any... recollection of/lost my order. While this is frustrating enough, what really irks me is the attitude I have received from theirstaff and management about it. They have zero customer service skills and are completely inept. Service was OK.... times are different... they close at 9pm instead 10pm as shown in google
The icecream selection is good, but the staff skimps on the servings, most Baskin Robbins will put icecream in the cone and then... a scoop on top, this one only gives the scoop on top, will go elsewhere for better value. Read more

Terrible. Gave me cookie dough instead of butter pecan then argued with the me that that's the way their butter pecan is.... Apparently butter pecan no longer has pecans and replaced them with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough ???? Read more
