Starbucks is Starbucks. People go here for consistency of drink, snack, etc. That's why it's such an issue that this location... is wildly inconsistent with opening hours and accepting mobile orders. Many times over the past few months they've beeninexplicably closed during hours they should be open. For example, just this morning they didn't open within ~45 minutes of thestated time. I have no idea if or when they finally opened, but there was no posted sign or information of any kind. They justdidn't open. Bizarrely, they acted like it was weird that people were trying to open the door. I've observed this same thing onother days, and at other times as well. Often they turn off mobile ordering as well. Perhaps this is because they wereoverwhelmed with orders? All I know for sure is that the Millburn location is nowhere near as reliable as the other Starbuckslocations nearby (e.g. Summit). When it's open and accepting orders, it's a totally fine Starbucks. Drinks are made quickly andup to typical standards, the snacks/food are usually in-stock and prepared well. Pretty inconsistent location in terms of service, quality of beverage etc. Some days you get friendly baristas and some days you... don?t. The hours are not the best, but if you catch them on a good day, your coffee will be ???? Read more

Pros: it goes without saying that Starbucks is one of the top stores in terms of getting premium coffee. Even on the holidays... they are open and always have a smile. With the Millburn location the staff is even friendlier than my own mother. And let metell you something my mom is an angel. Now in regards to my sister that's a different LOL jk Cons: there are not too manynegatives in regards to Starbucks directly but with the Millburn location the one big issue is finding parking. Since the storeis located on the town's Main Avenue it's very difficult to find parking and with Millburn Zoo construction funny parking iseven more difficult. Read more
I placed an order through the app? I came in at the scheduled time to pick up my order and it was not ready. I understand being... busy and I am always willing to wait patiently. I casually asked how log for my order and I was met with a very dismissiveattitude. I had to ask twice and was asked ?well when did you order?? I stated I ordered 20 minutes ago and he looked at me andnever said anything. He was asked the same questions by a few other people after me and he answered in the most pleasant toneand was very apologetic. Might I add I?m African American and the other people was Caucasian, I hope this had nothing to do withit but one could only wonder. I left without even getting my order. Read more
