I was on a 7 min phone call with an ?outsourced? call center that Topper?s apparently has set up now. I ordered one large pizza... and an order of wings. Pizza arrived but no wings, I called and spoke to the manager to learn that wings aren?t even on the menuany longer. Read more
This store is unmatched. The perseverance, the comradery, the undying motivation to get better. Blood, sweat, and tears go into... this store. Literally. And I mean literally. This store, and it?s employee?s, OOZE Toppers. It runs in the veins. From thediversity, to its willingness to give people second chances in life ? a chance to prove themselves over again. It doesn?tdiscriminate, it hires people who others may see as undesirables, and puts them in a position to redefine themselves. That?sTopper?s. That?s life. It?s a shining beacon of Toppers as a company. The good, bad, and everything in between. Because, we ashumans, don?t always make the right decision, that?s part of ?coming of age.? But those, and I am hesitantly going to call themkids (they?re more responsible, caring, mature, and know how to reflect on their mistakes better than most developed adults thatyou know) know how to rock it out! They don?t complain, they step up when people are sick, injured, or needing mental healthdays - they are forgiving, and even patient. That?s love. It was perfect. I requested ?crazy cuts? on the order, and the team did a great job on fulfilling that. Combined with a great... delivery time and excellent preparation; very satisfied customer here. My pizza was absolutely mangled. I couldn?t believe whenI opened the box; it looked like someone had taken a machete to the pizza as if they were under attack by the pizza. We ordered our Toppers Stix around 10pm on a Sunday night. After our initial "out for delivery" notification we waited for 30... mins before calling the store asking why our food wasnt here. The manager informed me that aparently the "actual delivery timehadnt been adjusted" and that "our driver just left w your order"...unacceptable already and when it did finally arrive the foodwas cold and the box looked like itd been sat on w the food sticking to the top... Ordered two large 3 yapping pizzas, one was old school sausage and pepperoni with Buffalo sauce substitute for the Marinara... sauce. The Buffalo sauce was drizzled on there so basically bread and toppings. Both pizza was tallboy wanted to try it out andit sucked so i would stick to crispy or original. This location is not good. Had the hand tossed small pizza recently. It was superior to the thin crust previously ordered a few months ago. The crust this... time was crisp and chewy and baked to a dark Golden brown. It improved the pizza by 100%. Sadly it came with a price tag of $11!For a small pizza designed to serve 1 person. It was bc very good and I thank the manager for recommending it. I wish I wouldhad known that one can get complimentary sauces to go on the side. They offered Garlic butter, Ranch and Marina. Read more
If you like getting your car vandalized while parked in back of their business then this is the toppers for you. They have no... shame in littering dozens of their takeout menus in the streets or plastering them all over your vehicle. In addition, they parkwherever they please behind their business (on a residential street) including next to construction zones where no parking ispermitted. 0/10 would never patronize. I waited almost two hours for a thin crust cheese pizza. I live less than ten minutes away. At first they said 20-30 minutes. I... waited, called after 30 minutes. Said that it would be another 30 mins. I waited?30 mins later nothing, called 15 minutes. Oncethe pizza got here it was COMPLETELY BURNT AND COLD. I gave a 30% tip when I ordered because I knew they were understaffed andneeding but this was just the WORST food service of my life. When my roommate called the third time after an hour of waitingthey hung up on her. This is my first review of anyplace ever it was that bad. Read more
