Terrible experience this weekend. Purchased a big Mac with cheese using the drive tru service. Parked car and began eating the... burger and realized the burger had no cheese. Went back to the window and the staff seemed to doubt me even though I had thereceipt. Asked for the manager who asked to see the original burger and she said I ate part of the burger and said nothingelse. I looked at her and had to explain I didn't realize the order was wrong until I took two bites and she said well youalready started eating it and again didn't offer a replacement. I had to ask for a replacement and the manager still wasreluctant. Well I got the replacement and will never visit this place again. Read more
Very bad service, the first time I arrived at this McDonald's, very bad experience, I needed only one sweet and sour sauce, I... had five people, and then ordered with the discount obtained by the APP, they were very impatient and very unfriendly , This isthe first time I encountered such a McDonald's store. Drive thru goes quick. Service is ok but always forget the little stuff like sauce, napkins, etc.
Don?t go here. Just don?t. They will get your order wrong. This female employee insisted that the order she gave me was mine... when I knew very well it wasn?t, but she insisted so I took the order. When I got home I was truly in shock. Not only was theorder wrong, everything tasted terrible. The chicken nuggets were under cooked and slight cold in the center. The fries tastedlike school fries. I know what McDonald?s fries taste like and what they gave me wasn?t it. Don?t even get me started on thedrinks, we had to throw it all out because the drinks all had this weird after taste that made you nauseous. This location is truly disappointing. They will get your order wrong guaranteed. The drinks that we ordered from here have a... horrible after taste that tastes like machine internals. We had to dump out every drink because it was just undrinkable. Thedouble cheese burger I ordered was also unnecessarily greasy, the French fries tasted like straight cheeks and I know McDonald?sfries are amazing. Also switch out management and employees. All seem unprofessional and careless. Wouldn?t be surprised if theywere all sleeping on the job. Would not recommend this location unless you want to get someone else?s order instead. They are bound to mess up your order. 1/10 times is everything u ordered in your bag. Horrible. And they give you an attitude... when you go back in for something they forgot. Read more
