Just waited online for nearly an hour bc just to be greeted by the slowest, most miserable and rude worker who couldn't hate his... life more than he does. Then I asked for 1 sweet and sour and he wanted .38 cents. 1 sauce, that's it. He told me I only got aburger, fries and drink and asked why I should get a free sauce with that. I know my money and opinion will have no effect onthis Wendy's or any other, but I will never give this particular store another penny. Read more
I would like to start by saying this, I love a good Wendy's. This place made me sad. The food was terrible, the drinks were... terrible and the service was terrible. I ordered a Apple Pecan salad and a couple of times and each time they always forget theBleu cheese on the actual salad. Other times they always forget the dressing or pecans. I always have to check and it was untiltoday that I remembered that they ALWAYS forget something, and sure enough no Bleu cheese. The team told me they were out ofbleu cheese, I wish i was told when i ordered otherwise i would have ordered something else. The drinks were disgusting justpure syrup, I had to add water at home. Been going to this Wendy?s for four decades and it?s just awful now. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible food, horrible... atmosphere. They keep getting my orders wrong and have so for the past 2 years. Drive-thru, delivery or dine-in, theyconstantly mess up. I?d give zero stars if I could. Read more
The staff is horrible, the service is horrible! We have been coming to this Wendy's for more than a decade. The restaurant is... steadily going downhill. The bathroom is disgusting, the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced! The employee's speak loudlywhile customers are waiting for their order. The employee's are less than friendly to the customer's. This is a shame because Iused to enjoy my trip to our local Wendy's restaurant. Read more
