I made the order payed for it been asked to be called when its ready but she forgot about me after 10 min waiting I asked her... for my order she said oh yeah here it is .the problem everyone got its order except me and the crazy part is that my order issimple just freshly brewed coffee.please lower the music it's so loud.5 ???? for Bryce ,Bryce try his best to make the customersatisfied. I am so glad to know there is a place I can go for way over priced coffee and extremely rude managers. Stopped and got all the... good stuff for my wife (pumpkin spiced latte) and decided to get her a holiday cup since they signs everywhere that they were%30 off. Think again don't believe signs they lead you to very wrong assumptions and an expensive purchases that were only worthit because it was exactly what your wife wanted. Anyhow when I went to get checked out the cashier it rang up it rang up at fullprice, she asked the manager about it and the manager responded to me, that was through Christmas and it is Christmas, do youwant it or not? Waited 15 minutes for a Venti Pike place, never received my coffee after I paid for it. Got tired of waiting so I left. ... Employees doing other things besides taking care of customers. Common sense is lacking at this Starbucks. Read more

It's a Starbucks. But not a huge fan of this one. The layout isn't my favorite. But the problem that arises is it's difficult... for the staff to hear. My wife ordered and I stood next to her and had no trouble hearing her order, but the cashier did. Onceshe finally "understood" the order, it took her an inordinately long time to enter even one drink. Finally the order was placed.We waited for our drinks... and waited. Went to the bathroom, but both were locked. No indication on the outside they were inuse. Is a key needed or is someone inside? Even Taco Bell has the little indicator when the lock goes to let you know. Asked thecashier (which took multiple times because she couldn't hear), "Is a key necessary?" Nope. Back to the restroom. Two individualsingle units and they eventually freed up. After washing my hands I used the dryer only to have it spew water all over me(wondered why there puddles on the ground). My wife told me the other unit looked like the previous occupant flipped soap overeverything. She found out the dryer is just setup to blow the leftover soap remnants from the sink all over everything. (Ireally hate those kinds of hand dryers.) Returned to the counter. Continued to wait for our drinks. They were finally ready andthe size was wrong. "I didn't order this size, I ordered the other." "Oh, you'll need to go pay for that first." And return tothe cashier who can't understand what's being ordered to begin with? Um... no thanks. Drinks were fine (even if the wrong size),just not the expected "Starbucks experience." And they obviously need to do a better job of training their staff. Don't havethese types of interaction experiences at most Starbucks. I know: first world problems. But if I'm going to pay that much forcoffee, I expect better. Read more

Will never visit this Starbucks again...two days in a row and both total strikeouts. Yesterday the staff could not find my... mobile order and pretty much screwed up the entire experience resulting in cold food but warm coffee as they had forgotten topour my coffee until we debated that I had coffee and then they poured the coffee. Today after waiting in the drive through linefor 10 minutes my mobile ordered hot coffee was cold...there were only 2 cars in line ahead of me - I rolled the dice and wentthrough the drive through...bad luck on my part as the first car did not move for 9 minutes..so by the time I got to the windowmy coffee was cold...which I did not realize until I was already gone and was not going back for a possible bad 3rdexperience...need a staff change at this store Read more
