I?m like all the other one star reviews! We waited 2 hours for food we never got. Only one person received their order and it... was the person who put their card on file. No o in for updates! I have a whole list of disappointments! The gag is the owner orguy in charge sat in the corner and watched his money not his customers! My second time here and both were horrible. Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes! No one ever approached us. Two servers walked past several times and didn't seem to... notice us. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Worst experience ever ! The food was terrible just like the service. We went into the restaurant at 8 pm and... didn?t get our (some of the table anyway) food until 11 pm. Half of our tables food never came out! There was literally fivetables seated at the time we arrived but the manager claimed the service was slow because the restaurant was packed all night.Then I ordered a steak medium well but received it overly cooked and it was also nasty. Several complaints were made to themanager. This was absolutely the worst customer service ever. I?ve never been to an establishment where I?ve sent food back bythe manager and he then ask me to eat the same steak that I waited 30 mins to make a complaint about. Then to top it off Istill had to pay for a steak I didn?t eat. The manager did offer to recook the steak but it tasted like nothing but garlic and Ididn?t have another three hours to wait. Went to this restaurant a month ago and still cannot shake the experience. Euphoria was very ghetto and ratchet.
