I?m like all the other one star reviews! We waited 2 hours for food we never got. Only one person received their order and it... was the person who put their card on file. No o in for updates! I have a whole list of disappointments! The gag is the owner orguy in charge sat in the corner and watched his money not his customers! My second time here and both were horrible. Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes! No one ever approached us. Two servers walked past several times and didn't seem to... notice us. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Worst experience ever ! The food was terrible just like the service. We went into the restaurant at 8 pm and... didn?t get our (some of the table anyway) food until 11 pm. Half of our tables food never came out! There was literally fivetables seated at the time we arrived but the manager claimed the service was slow because the restaurant was packed all night.Then I ordered a steak medium well but received it overly cooked and it was also nasty. Several complaints were made to themanager. This was absolutely the worst customer service ever. I?ve never been to an establishment where I?ve sent food back bythe manager and he then ask me to eat the same steak that I waited 30 mins to make a complaint about. Then to top it off Istill had to pay for a steak I didn?t eat. The manager did offer to recook the steak but it tasted like nothing but garlic and Ididn?t have another three hours to wait. I really wanted to like this place and support it, but I cannot recommend it to ANYONE who actually wants to eat food when they... are hungry. It took over 90 minutes just to get an appetizer. One table came after us, ate, and left before we got anything. Theserver was not even checking on us or refilling our water. All the food did not come at the same time; one person in our partygot food 30 minutes later than everyone else. The manager wasn?t helpful either; he made excuses. I will NOT BE COMING BACK! Oysters were ok but drinks were watered down while the prices of the drinks were expensive. Service was terrible, took to long... to get your food. She waited 30 min to tell us there were no ribs, had 3 things on my ticket that shouldn't have been on there,waitress never looked at it. Didn't have DJ was good. This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! We are brand new to Montgomery and wanted to try something new and different. My husband... and I as well as our two younger children (12 & 9) came out on Thursday night not expecting live music (again because we are notfrom around here) and we were all pleasantly surprised to hear live music and such gracious and friendly hosts and service!!!!We will DEFINITELY be back and strongly recommend going to this restaurant!!! Went to this restaurant a month ago and still cannot shake the experience. Euphoria was very ghetto and ratchet. People knocking... food out the waitress hands because they?re twerking and standing on furniture. This was not a restaurant but a club. The foodwas horrible. My friend oysters smelled horrible.
