This place has never made my coffee right. I ordered an iced coffee with two creams and sweetened caramel, and they gave me what... looks like 5 creams with unsweetened caramel. It?s the nastiest coffee I?ve ever had. I went to the Dunkin in English village afew hours later to get a new coffee and LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE. The coffee on the right is perfectly made. I went through the drive thru and ordered egg and cheese croissants and hash browns. It sounds straightforward but the... sandwiches were barely warm and the hash browns were a bit overdone. I can see why the line wasn?t long. Read more
I avoid this location like the plague. They open and close as they please there is no set hours the app and Google will show it... open and even let you order via the app but you get there and they're closed. There's another two locations about a mile up theroad from this one in either direction that actually open and close when they say they do. Don't know how they're even still inbusiness or a place like this can be operated so unprofessionally. Oh & when the first opened when we would try them out 98% oftime they messed up the drink order. Coffee is good, no doubt. Dine in is possible, but not a great ambiance sitting inside. Location is definitely more recommended... for drive thru or pick-up of on-line orders. Read more
Terrible customer service. Never greeted with a smile or a hello, A thank you is out of the question. They forgot an item that I... ordered, I checked order before pulling away. Cashier looked angry that I was still at the drive thru window, not happy as heopened the window and said WHAT, was upset with me that I wanted the muffin I ordered and paid for. Have had problems at thatlocation from time to time. Today was the last straw. Will never go back to that Dunkin. I believe we should spend our $ wherewe are respected and treated properly. Read more
