The atmosphere of the place is so relaxing. Very bright and artistic. Pastries tasted as good as it gets. I looked like a girl... in the picture picking which ones to try. If you are looking for a sweet desert with a cup of coffee, this would be the bestplace in the city. Read more
Wow! I ran into this bakery while it was raining and making a quick visit to Montpelier. The moment you walk it feels warm and... bright inside the former diner space. The pastry case was amazing with tarts, croissants, financiers. And the coffee was good.Looking forward to visiting this bakery again. Read more
Wow! The last reviewer giving this fabulous bakery 1 star was so mean- spirited . Do people not realize what the food industry... owners and workers have been through trying to just stay open and positive this past year ? Bohemian Bakery is in its 3rdincarnation and absolutely rocking it on State and Main in Montpelier.. The owners found creative ways to serve the communityduring covid with a walk up window and have now moved into a beautiful space filled with natural light and stunning artwork/decor by owner Annie B. They have worked so long and hard to bring this space to life and to reopen to full indoor service . Itssimply beautiful , every last detail and the pastries are heavenly as always. They set high standards in all that they makefrom the coffee to the sandwiches . They may be a while making the quantity that is now needed and are working every day to makeit happen. If everyone who had a negative experience here wrote a review, they would probably be out of business. The owner is one of the... rudest, most hostile people I've ever met and is unnecessarily rude to customers. She will limit the amount of time they canspend there, tell them when they can or can't read a book or use a computer, etc. She is a micromanaging, rude, control freakand makes the entire experience so unenjoyable. If she didn't come in, I would go there regularly because her staff, who I'mshocked want to work for her, are great. If they stay in business long term, I will be shocked. Read more
