Excellent Japanese food The ambient of the restaurant is great. Good for casual or a date. I really love the way they decorate... the restaurant inside. Amazing ramen. The Blank Tonkotsu had an incredible, smoky flavour. The broth was also full of flavour. The pork belly had just... the right amount of marbled fat, the meat was tender, and tasted incredible. The thick noodles were perfectly "al dente". Theother toppings were great (seasoned egg, woodear mushroom, scallions). The only thing I might have added was bean sprouts. But,honestly, the ramen was pretty much perfect. We also had the vegetable gyoza and zangi chicken as appetizers. Both wereEXCELLENT. The gyoza were perfectly fried with just a bit of crispiness on one side while the other sides were still soft andchewy. The chicken was crispy, tender, and so flavourful but NOT greasy. So good! Delicious ramen and very simple menu. Straightforward and direct. I?ve been to other ramen places where they had an endless menu... making choosing what you want to eat hard and long. Got the black Tonkatsu ramen and the new vegetarian dry ramen option! Both were super tasty, highly recommend the vegetarian... option as it was like a creamy pasta. And it comes with a small crispy croquette filled with potato and corn. So yummy! Read more
Amazing and consistent food every time I've gone here. This is my favorite ramen restaurant in the city. I've tried all the menu... items and have not been disappointed with any of the food. The staff is very fast, attentive, and friendly. The food comesextremely quickly and always hot and perfectly presented. I find it really amazing that they have allowed us to take in ourdrinks from the local bubble tea shops. I will definitely continue to return again and again. Read more
