I love Taco bell but every time we go our order is wrong. It's and order for 6 people but still the last 2 times I didn't eat... because we didn't get the right food ordered. And if you call in your name goes on some magical list. Not sure what happenswith it but I'm on it several times. Read more

Usually fast and great service, just please for the sake of everyone in new castle, start putting mild, or hot, or fire sauce in... the bag when we order from a third party such as doordash, grubhub, ubereats etc! Read the ticket and put the right sauces andeven if we don't ask like if it's not notes on the order, be polite and put a couple sauces in the bag please! It will increaseorders! Read more
I'm not sure what is different about this taco bell, but they didn't have many options. If I wanted to eat vegetarian I would... not have gone to a taco bell so it was quite disappointing to bite into a crunch wrap and there was the smallest amount of meat.And in the burrito, it was 95% rice.
